Emotional Trauma
Personal injuries can also result in emotional distress, such as anxiety, depression, and/or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Because such injuries are "invisible," it is particularly important to document them with a Psychological Evaluation. A Psychological Evaluation can provide documentation of lasting emotional distress that aids in understanding its nature, intensity, and prognosis. Such evaluations are often a highly cost effective means of discriminating between actual and malingered difficulty.
